6. PAC (AEW Record: 28-13-2)
Last years ranking: #7
After a fall from grace of sorts in the WWE, PAC was one of the first signees in AEW, and many fans were excited to see a talent as great as PAC thrive when given the right opportunity. His AEW career started hot after he beat Kenny Omega and Adam Page in his first two matches.
Due to the COVID-19 pandameic, PAC was unable to travel and was off of television for 8 months. When he returned, he teamed back up with Rey Fenix and Penta El Zero M. PAC's in-ring ability is still one of the best in the company, and it's only a matter of time before "The Bastard" has gold around his waist.
5. Miro (AEW Record: 21-2)
Last years ranking: #10
When Miro (formerly known as Rusev) debuted in AEW in 2020, he joined forces with Kip Sabian, and some AEW fans didn't like it. Nicknamed "The Best Man," Miro and Kip began feuding with the Best Friends, which led to an Arcade Anarchy match against Orange Cassidy and Chuck Taylor. Miro was 9-0 up until that match, and after the loss he attacked Kip Sabian and became a more dangerous and brutal character.
Miro began feuding with then AEW TNT Champion Darby Allin, and defeated Allin to become the 5th AEW TNT champion. Following 8 succesful title defenses against names such as Lance Archer, Brian Pillman Jr. and Eddie Kingston, Miro lost the title to Sammy Guevara, ending his reign at a second-best 140 days. The loss to Guevara was just the second loss in Miro's short AEW career, and since going solo, Miro has been booked as a truly dominant force.
