The match started with backbreakers going around before Abadon went after Shida. Skye Blue looked good early as she took out The Bunny. Abadon then eliminated Skye Blue.

The ring was pretty crowded at this point as Emi Sakura went straight for Nyla Rose. Sakura was quickly floundering on the apron and was eliminated by Shida.

Thunder Rosa entered the ring and hit an immediate Shotgun Dropkick to Nyla Rose. Ford went right after Anna Jay. Swole went for Diamante. Nyla Rose hit back at Thunder Rosa while Jamie Hayter was all over Riho in the corner. Jamie Hayter provided a big upset as she eliminated the former AEW Women's Champion, Riho.

Red Velvet cut Jamie Hayter in half with a Spear as Hirsch hit Nyla Rose with a German Suplex. Jade Cargill was all over Thunder Rosa in the corner. Meanwhile, Tay Conti came back from a precarious position to get back in. Red Velvet took out Rebel with a dropkick.

Nyla Rose, Thunder Rosa and Ruby Soho were the last three women left standing. Nyla was on top of things at the time, using her clear power advantage. She hung Ruby Soho in the tree of woe before turning to Rosa. A big mistake from Nyla Rose as she charged at Thunder Rosa, causing herself to go over the top rope. Thunder Rosa then eliminated Nyla Rose with a dropkick at AEW All Out.

Both Soho and Thunder Rosa traded nasty chops. Rosa won the exchange, forcing Soho back into the ropes. Both ladies then traded elbow strikes.
Thunder Rosa went for the Fire Thunder Driver, but Ruby dodged it. Both women were now on the apron, and Soho hit Thunder Rosa with a knee strike, almost eliminating her.
Ruby Soho then hit a Gamengiri to the head, eliminating Thunder Rosa at AEW All Out.

Result: Ruby Soho wins the Women's Casino Battle Royale and becomes the No.1 Contender for the AEW Women's Title.
