Lee Moriarty vs Daniel Garcia (2point0) on AEW Dark: Elevation
Both men started the match with grappling and tie-ups. Garcia got the first offense with swift kicks, but Lee got in a backslide cover. The new AEW signee hit a leg sweep and a standing crossbody. Red Death hit a European uppercut and a hard chop before kicking Moriarty in the corner.
Moriarty responded with uppercuts of his own and hit a Pele kick to Garcia's arm. 2point0 distracted Lee and Garcia took advantage with a dropkick to his knees. The latter worked on his opponent's left leg and knee with focused attacks and kicks.
Moriarty countered with a Pepsi Twist as Moriarty struggled to move around. Lee went for a suplex but his leg gave away and Garcia hit a Russian leg sweep. Both men got in the crossface but couldn't sustain the pressure for long.
Lee hit an enziguiri in the corner and dodged a dropkick into a double stomp on Garcia's chest. Moriarty went for a suplex again but his knee gave out. Garcia locked in the submission of Moriarty's leg for a huge win on AEW Dark: Elevation.
