Nyla Rose and Skye Blue met in the AEW Dark: Elevation main-event. Both women were part of the Women's Casino Battle Royale at AEW All Out. Vickie Guerrero walked out to loud boos as she yelled her catchphrase, EXCUSE ME.

The Native Beast backed Blue into the corner but Blue escaped. Rose blocked all of Skye's offense and hit a side slam followed by a back senton. Rose stomped on Blue in the corner and hit her in the fireman's carry. Blue escaped and hit a few forearm shots but Rose slammed her.

Blue dodged Rose's offense as Rose tried to hit Blue with elbow and knee drops and a corner splash. Blue hit a couple of dropkicks followed by a hurricanrana to get the former AEW women's champion off her feet. Blue hit a top rope crossbody for a nearfall. Rose got her in the electric chair, rolled her and hit the Beast Bomb for the win.
