Jake Hager joined the AEW Dark: Elevation commentary team for this match as Schiavone looked back at the cage match between Hager and Wardlow.
Both men slugged it out in the middle of the ring with back and forth hard rights. Wardlow got in a big German suplex to take advantage. Bronson countered a powerbomb with a back-body drop to get a two count.
Bronson hit consecutive lariats but couldn't get Wardlow off his feet and ended up eating a massive clothesline.
Wardlow wore Bronson down in the corner of the ring before planting him with a huge slam. Wardlow hit his knee in the corner, the Spoils of War, and won the match via ref stoppage. Wardlow and Hager stared each other down to close the segment.

Lee Johnson (w/ Dustin Rhodes) vs Luther (w/ Serpentico) on AEW Dark: Elevation
The match had high stakes associated with it as a win would get Lee Johnson a TNT Championship opportunity.
Luther dumped Johnson out of the ring, hit a running senton off the apron and shoved him into the barricades. Luther dominated Big Shotty in the ring but a couple of missed Serpentico slams handed the momentum back to Johnson.
After mounting a short comeback, Luther stopped Lee in his tracks and hit him with a pump kick. Johnson regained momentum and hit a spinning splash for the win.
Miro came out after the match to announce the TNT Championship match for AEW Homecoming.

Eddie Kingston vs Serpentico on AEW Dark: Elevation
Kingston shoved Serpentico into multiple barricades before the latter could get some offense in. However, Kingston hit two exploder suplexes and then a spinning backfist to pick up a quick pinfall victory.
