#13. SCU vs. Carlie Bravo & Aaron Solow on AEW Dark
SCU has been undefeated since 2021 began, but the #1 ranked tag team in AEW is also one loss away from breaking up forever.
Carlie Bravo and Christopher Daniels engaged in a collar and elbow tie-up. Daniels used his experience to get control with a headlock. CD faced no problems in outwrestling his inexperienced opponent in the AEW Dark match.
However, a confident Bravo showed that he belongs in the ring with a series of quick kicks that knocked Daniels off his feet. Daniels bumped fists with Bravo as a sign of respect before continuing with the match.
Kazarian and Solow received tags, and they got into some mat wrestling. Solow won the sequence, and Carlie Bravo returned. Kazarian used the time to get Daniels back into the match.
SCU started to dominate the proceedings as they systematically attacked Bravo. SCU made quick tags, executed their patented double-team moves, and, most importantly, kept Bravo away from Solow.
Bravo fought out of a chin lock, connected with a few elbows, avoided a punch, and made the tag to Solow. Aaron Solow was fresh, and he took the fight to both members of SCU. He got a two-count on CD with a flying clothesline.
Daniels recovered and hit a facebuster on Solow, who then reversed the Angel's Wings and hit the corkscrew kick. Kazarian then got the tag and went for a quick roll-up on Solow. Aaron replied by kickout out and delivered a diving foot stomp. Bravo got the tag now, and he took to the skies with a high crossbody from the top. Kazarian responded with a big clothesline.
Solow got knocked off the apron, and SCU hit the Best Meltzer Ever on Bravo for the victory on AEW Dark.
