Powerhouse Hobbs of Team Taz defeated Lee Johnson on this week's AEW Dynamite.
After the match was over, things amped up in terms of intensity. Taz was sick and tired of the FTW Championship being disrespected in AEW. He wouldn't leave until someone from AEW management would explain to him why that was the case.

Cody came out and tried to make a truce for the time being. But Taz wasn't satisfied and took some shots at WWE by saying, “What are you gonna tell me next, Cody? Are you gonna tell me creative has nothing for me? Are you gonna wish me luck in my future endeavors?”
After this, Cody got intensely personal and brought up the fact that Taz's son, Hook, was training with Cody and not Taz himself. Taz applied a Tazmission to choke out Cody when the latter's back was turned to him.
The segment ended with Taz walking off with his son, Hook, by his side.
As a whole, this was an excellent segment that increased the stakes for the Winter Is Coming special AEW episode next week, where Cody and Darby Allin will take on Ricky Starks and Powerhouse Hobbs of Team Taz in a tag team match.
