There was no better way to kick AEW Dynamite off than with Adam Cole's debut match! He had the perfect dance partner in Frankie Kazarian, who made him look like the star he is.
Of course, this is the first of many victories for Adam Cole on AEW Dynamite, but as they say, the first blow is always half the battle. It was pretty awesome.

Something that RAW and SmackDown do better than AEW Dynamite is to explain every facet of a storyline through video packages before it unfolds. Unless you're clued into Cody Rhodes' ventures outside pro wrestling, Rosario Dawson's involvement must have come as a surprise.
That said, her presence on AEW Dynamite, as well as those of the former UFC fighters who were present, lent an air of credibility to the program. Did you think Dawson jumping on Black's back (say that quickly five times in a row) was a smart move considering how dominantly he's been presented thus far?
