Fans know that Danielson tends to bring the best in his opponents. However, not many anticipated such a technically sound performance from the NJPW star. Tonight, the story came full circle between the long-time rivals. Bryan Danielson and Rocky Romero have fought multiple battles with and against each other in the past.

As expected, The American Dragon emerged victorious in their first clash since 2008. The former WWE Superstar has gained much-needed momentum to defeat Miro in the tournament finals this Saturday.

There's no doubt that Dan Lambert has done a fabulous job thus far in building up the storyline between The Inner Circle and American Top Team with the Men of the Year.

But the moment higher-ups officially put him in a match at Full Gear, it felt like an absurd decision to possibly see a 51-year old inside the squared circle.

Tonight, Lambert and his men gave a massive beatdown to The Inner Circle. Moreover, he delivered a powerbomb to Chris Jericho with an assist from Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page. He even locked the former WWE Superstar in the Walls of Jericho.

Can anyone imagine a scenario where a former hockey player taps out The Demo God? The sudden shift in storyline focus to Lambert and Jericho has taken away all the interest that initially developed from the UFC stars' crossover to pro wrestling.
