Some of you may say that calling the AEW Dynamite opening contest a best/worst is absolutely nuts because of how good it was by the end. But somehow this match just overstayed its welcome to the point where it just lost this reviewer, as a television viewer. Such was the case with many other AEW Dynamite viewers who wanted the match to end much earlier than it did.
Physics don't work in AEW. But neither does realism, common sense or rules. That's why I don't watch.

And sometimes it just makes sense to slow down and let some of the moves register, which wasn't the case with this contest. That said, The Young Bucks are definitely at their best as heels. Don Callis is also pretty great on commentary. He added a whole new dimension to the opening contest on AEW Dynamite.
Can we just have a round of applause for Rey Fenix, who can do things in the ring that the human mind cannot even conceive? He's certainly one guy to look out for on the AEW Dynamite roster.
