What an ambush from The Inner Circle this week on Dynamite
#2 Worst: Team Taz breakup teased on AEW Dynamite, but do we care?
Ad
The fact we're even this far with Team Taz, like seriously?? already? They haven't gone far, why are they fighting? Were they ever friends? I figured they were fellow trainees of Taz. we don't have to be friends, just getting the best from Taz.
The problem of far too many factions on AEW Dynamite crops up again because there are only so many angles you can do with each one of them. There has been discontent within Team Taz in the past, but it just seems far too premature to split them up. The AEW Dynamite audience may not care enough at this point.
Maybe a few more months of Team Taz being portrayed as a dominant stable on AEW Dynamite would have done the trick. Ricky Starks is a star, Brian Cage is a beast, Powerhouse Hobbs is a powerhouse (duh), and Hook has a world of potential. Taz is perhaps the best promo of the generation, and this team doesn't need to split up yet.
The Hurt Business went their separate ways on WWE RAW and we had a few choice words for the booking in our review. Can we not make the same mistake with Team Taz? They've only been together for the blink of an eye!
