Blood and Guts Match: The Inner Circle vs The Pinnacle on AEW Dynamite

Ortiz, Santana, and Guevara tried to overwhelm Wardlow, who was the next man in but couldn't do it on AEW Dynamite. Wardlow ended up taking out all three Inner Circle members, including a powerbomb to Ortiz against the steel.

Hager looked like a beast when he came in, taking out Harwood, Wheeler, and Shawn Spears. Wardlow and Hager then faced off from opposing rings. Both men traded strikes. Wardlow then sent Hager into the steel before getting a few shots into his midsection.

Next man in: MJF of The Pinnacle

MJF and The Pinnacle used the man-advantage well to take control of the match again. There was blood all over the mat at this point on AEW Dynamite.

Chris Jericho came in as the bell rang. Both teams faced off from opposing rings before charging to meet in the middle. Jericho had his baseball bat Floyd and he started teeing off on members of The Pinnacle. Shawn Spears tried to escape Jericho's clutches but got choked against the Blood and Guts structure for his troubles.

Dax Harwood was all over Ortiz as Jericho turned his attention to MJF. Harwood and Wheeler tore the canvas and exposed the wood on the mat as Shawn Spears exposed one of the turnbuckles.

Harwood and Wheeler looked for simultaneous piledrivers on the exposed wood but failed. Guevara instead helped Santana and Ortiz hit assisted piledrivers to Harwood and Wheeler.

Sammy Guevara went Coast to Coast and knocked a steel chair right into Shawn Spears' face.

Chris Jericho hit MJF with the exposed turnbuckle after this. Santana then jabbed MJF in the head with a fork. Jericho choked Wardlow with a baseball bat. It was all Inner Circle at this point.

Wardlow fought back for his team, laying out anyone near him but the numbers game was too much for him on AEW Dynamite.

Tully Blanchard assaulted referee Bryce Remsburg at ringside and took the key and opened the door. MJF crawled out and climbed on top of the cage. Jericho followed him up.

Jericho locked in the Liontamer on top of the cage. MJF hit back with a nasty-looking low blow out of desperation. In turn, MJF locked in the Salt of the Earth on top of the steel structure on AEW Dynamite.

MJF then took out the Dynamite diamond ring and clocked Jericho with a right hand.

The Pinnacle leader was about to throw Chris Jericho off the top of the cage at this point, forcing members of The Inner Circle to surrender on AEW Dynamite to and save their leader.

Result: The Pinnacle def. The Inner Circle

Grade: A

Unsurprisingly, MJF ended up throwing Jericho off the steel structure. He stood tall as AEW Dynamite came to a close.
