#2 Best of AEW Dynamite: Britt Baker's first title defense
Britt Baker's first title match since winning the AEW Women's World Championship at Double or Nothing took place on this week's Night Two of Fyter Fest.
She faced Nyla Rose for her title defense in a match that went over well with the fans. She did everything that could be expected from her as she dominated proceedings for the most part, while Rose also got some dominant offense in.
However, the match had started off a bit slow, and Baker still didn't look that dominant. She was destroyed recently by Rose a few weeks back when the former AEW Women's Champion put her through a table in the ringside area.
Heading into her title reign, Baker dominated everyone that she faced. Since winning the title, however, it could be argued that she had not featured much and had not done enough. Thankfully, she proved her dominance again in this match, making Nyla Rose tap out to her Lockjaw submission move after locking it in against the superstar when she was least expecting it.
Not only was she back to her dominating ways, but the match also had one of the best moments of the night when Britt Baker paid tribute to Eddie Guerrero by throwing her title at Rose, before falling down while the referee's back was turned. Unfortunately for her, the referee never saw the ruse as Vickie distracted him, while Nyla then threw the title back to Baker, just in time for the referee to turn.
Overall, the segment added to the quality of the night, and the match itself was one of the finest at AEW Dynamite: Fyter Fest Night 2.
