MJF vs Brian Pillman Jr. on AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam

Up next on AEW Dynamite Grand Slam was the grudge match between MJF and Brian Pillman Jr.

Pillman made a strong start to the match, sending MJF on the backfoot. The Pinnacle leader caught Pillman with a knife-edged chop but Pillman no-sold it and hit back immediately.

MJF didn't look happy and slapped Brian across the face. Pillman hit back with a slap of his own, which sent the Pinnacle leader scurrying into his corner.

The fans at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam were pretty hot for this match as Pillman went for a roll-up. MJF quickly took back control and started to work on Pillman's arm.

The Varsity Blondes member tried to get back on his feet, but MJF pulled him back down by the hair before continuing to concentrate on the wrist.

Back from the break, Brian Pillman Jr. tried to get back in the match with a series of chops, but he was still favoring his arm. Pillman repeatedly sent MJF into the top turnbuckle, forcing him to get out of the ring.

Pillman tried to follow up with a dive, but MJF caught hold of Julia Hart. Hart slapped MJF across the face, after which Pillman caught him with a sliding dropkick.

MJF locked in the Salt of the Earth armbar back in the ring, forcing Pillman Jr. to tap out.
