Dr. Britt Baker will put her AEW Women's Championship on the line against Nyla Rose.

This will be her first title defense since winning it from Hikaru Shida at this year's Double or Nothing event. The company has done a commendable job in building up the feud. It all kickstarted when Rose ruined Baker's championship celebration by flipping off hamburgers and the rest of the food on the table.

The company then booked a tag team match featuring Britt Baker and Rebel against Nyla Rose and Vickie Guerrero.

The bout was a one-sided affair for the AEW's resident dentist. However, the aftermath saw The Native Beast delivering two vicious Beast Bombs, one inside the ring and the other one outside on the table.

Nyla Rose has been portrayed as a threat to Baker's title reign. As a matter of fact, she has even scored a victory against her in the past.

However, we don't expect Dr. Britt Baker to lose her title as soon as this week. She is perhaps the company's brightest choice to carry the women's championship right now, given her immense contribution to the division. Regardless of the predictable outcome, fans can expect Nyla Rose to push Baker to her limit.
