AEW star Cody Rhodes will appear alongside Tony Schiavone to make a special announcement on Dynamite tonight.

Fans are buzzing on social media to speculate what the announcement could be all about.

The idea of having such a special announcement could be about another ex-WWE superstar making his AEW debut or related to a special tournament for the women's division.

WWE's Executive Vice President, Triple H, made a bold statement earlier that the best women's wrestlers in the world are in their company. AEW could potentially take a shot at them by announcing some sort of women's event.

Maybe it isn't all about this either. Instead, AEW star Cody Rhodes could announce his leave of absence from the company so that he can be with his wife Brandi in order to welcome the arrival of their unborn child into the family.
