AEW Dynamite's MMA Rules Cage Fight between Jake Hager and Wardlow is one of the more unique clashes set to take place this week. Both men have been part of an extremely personal feud between The Inner Circle and The Pinnacle for months.

After pulling off a Stadium Stampede victory over the MJF-led stable, The Inner Circle declared that their war with The Pinnacle was far from over. Unlike previous traditional tag team matches, every member of The Inner Circle laid down their own challenges this time around.

Jake Hager then issued an MMA fight against Wardlow, who accepted the challenge this past week on AEW Dynamite.

In the upcoming battle between the two behemoths, fans can certainly expect them to tear each other apart inside the cage. The focus of this faction war has now shifted to one-on-one confrontations, so it seems unlikely that someone on their behalf will interfere during the match.

Jake Hager seems to have an edge over Wardlow due to his MMA background. However, we'll find out whether or not Wardlow can surprisingly pick up the advantage during this week's AEW Dynamite.
