It seems like AEW Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks, alongside The Good Brothers, have become a group to be reckoned with. Over the past few weeks, the company has consistently held Trios matches pitting members of The Elite against all those who despise them.
Last week, The Good Brothers and Matt Jackson convincingly defeated Penta, Eddie Kingston, and Frankie Kazarian. Much to everyone's surprise, the equation hasn't involved The Young Bucks' tag team titles yet.
With their current momentum, it looks unlikely that there's any duo left that can take out the AEW Tag Team Champions. The Young Bucks have already put stars like Pac, Jon Moxley, Rey Fenix, and Christopher Daniels on the shelf.
Many believe that the tag team division is gradually becoming stale due to a lack of credible challengers for Matt and Nick Jackson. FTR's Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler could be considered as their upcoming opponents. But that would be a heel vs. heel equation, which AEW rarely books.
