AEW Dynamite Results: 3 debuts, CM Punk teams up with former WWE Champion, Major title match

CM Punk and Jon Moxley vs FTR on AEW Dynamite

Jon Moxley turned out to be CM Punk's surprise tag partner on AEW Dynamite.

CM Punk and Dax Harwood started things off for their respective teams. Harwood and Punk went back and forth, going hold for hold.

Wheeler tagged in and seemed to be going after Punk's arm. The former WWE Champion fought back, forcing Wheeler to tag out. Punk, in turn, tagged Jon Moxley in.

Harwood took Moxley down with a shoulder tackle. The former AEW World Champion replied with a bodyslam followed by a couple of PKs. Punk tagged back in and Harwood went right after the Straight Edge Superstar's knee. Wheeler tagged in and continued the assault. Punk was favouring his leg and tagged out.

Mox took on both members of FTR, dishing out German Suplexes. He followed it up with a double DDT to both Harwood and Wheeler. Punk came in at this point and took out Wheeler. Moxley followed it up with a tope suicida out to ringside.

All four men brawled out at ringside. We saw Mox toss Wheeler into the crowd and raked the eyes. He sat Wheeler down on a chair and hit repeated knife-edged chops.

FTR had their revenge soon after, sending Mox crashing through the announcer's table.
