Next up on AEW Dynamite, Sting and Darby Allin were interviewed by Tony Schiavone. Allin took the mic and said he had only defended the AEW TNT Championship thrice and added that going forward, he wanted to defend it week in week out. Allin then laid out an open challenge to The Dark Order.

Lance Archer and Jake Roberts came out at this point. Archer sent a dire warning to Allin, threatening to put him in a coffin when he was done with him.

Team Taz came out and Brian Cage had a surprising message for Sting. He said that he respected Sting before walking away.

Fenix got the better of the opening exchange, taking Angelico down with an arm drag. He followed it up with a couple of chops before trying to roll Angelico up. Angelico stopped Fenix in his tracks and went for his taped him back, hammering him with right hands.

Angelico locked in a Heel Hook but Fenix managed to reach the ropes. Fenix replied with a rana from the middle rope, taking Angelico down. Fenix then hit a Tombstone and finished Angelico off.
