Darby Allin (C) vs John Silver for the AEW TNT Championship

It was a trepidatious start to the AEW TNT Championship match by both men as they felt each other out as they locked up. Darby Allin got an upper hand as he took John Silver down with a side headlock. Silver hit back with a nasty looking running elbow strike with the impact knocking Darby Allin out of the ring.

Back in the ring, Silver was all over the champion, tossing him across the ring. Silve then deadlifted Allin and sent him face-first into the turnbuckle, followed by a running knee. Darby Allin tried going to the top rope but Silver took him off his feet and had him in the tree of woe. Silver then laid into the champion with kicks.

A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.

The action spilled out to ringside again. Silver charged at the AEW TNT Champion who tossed him over the barricade. Allin ran back into the ring and went for a suicide dive, catching "V" of the Dark Order, instead of Silver. Sting came out at this point, forcing The Dark Order back.

Allin went to hit John Silver with a modified Stunner but it was reversed into the Queenslayer submission hold. Allin broke free from the hold and hit back with a series of strikes. Silver replied with strikes of his own before getting booted in the jaw. We got a roll-up from Silve, nearly awarding him his first AEW Championship.

John Silver then took Allin to the top rope but got pushed off. Allin then hit a Coffin Drop to The Dark Order at ringside before heading back into the ring. Silver paid homage to Mr. Brodie Lee and went for a powerbomb but Darby countered it into a Code Red and rolled up Silver to retain the AEW TNT Title.

Darby Allin def. John Silver

Matt Hardy attacked Darby Allin after the match. This led to the Hardy foundation coming out and attacking The Dark Order as AEW Dynamite went off the air.
