Miro went for a jumping kick right off the bat to start the AEW match but Pillman sidestepped in and got in a few shots of his own. Miro soon took control and unloaded on Pillman with kicks across the chest. The match spilled out to ringside early as Miro hit Pillman with a belly-to-belly suplex.
Back in the ring, Miro hit Pillman with a series of uppercuts. The TNT Champion kept pounding Pillman with shots across the chest. Brian Pillman Jr hit back with right hands off his own and followed it up with a springboard dropkick.
He then hit a dropkick through the ropes. Both men got back in the ring and Pillman caught Miro with a couple of superkicks. Miro replied with a massive roundhouse kick. Miro then locked in the Game Over for the win.
