#2. Aleister Black fuels AEW speculation by teasing match against Jon Moxley

Im gathering my thoughts as this was a complete left field for me as obviously we just started the dark father character but this was it, thank you so much WWE universe for allowing me to create and give you small bits of myself.

As noted earlier, it didn't take time for AEW to be mentioned online following WWE releasing some notable names. The mind-boggling WWE departure of Aleister Black still doesn't make sense, as the former NXT Champion was in line for a big feud on SmackDown.

Aleister Black and five other wrestlers were victims of WWE's budget cuts, and the Dutch star was quite active on social media during the hours after his release. Black responded to several fan tweets, and he even dropped a teaser of facing Jon Moxley along the way.

A fan predicted Black would follow Jon Moxley's example and wrestle a wide range of talent now that he is no longer in the WWE. Black agreed with the fan's comments and hinted towards possibly mixing things up with Mox:

While Aleister Black would make for a fine signing for AEW, the match against Moxley could even happen outside the company. Moxley has been competing for promotions other than AEW, and a potential clash with Aleister Black would surely draw a sell-out crowd.

The only time Moxley and Black were in the same match together was during the Royal Rumble 2019 contest.
