AEW analyst for Rampage show Mark Henry recently revealed that Sting inspired him to get back in the ring.

The wrestling world was left stunned when Sting surfaced in AEW last year. Despite many people raising their concerns regarding his ability to wrestle at the age of 61, the WCW Icon proved the critics wrong by competing in two wrestling matches this year.

Those who witnessed him move in the ring and take massive bumps in his recent bouts wouldn't say that the man had lost any step when he last wrestled in 2014. Fans have been full of praise for the AEW star.

On top of that, it seems like Sting is motivating everyone out there, including Mark Henry.

Appearing on Miami's 940 Winz podcast, AEW's Mark Henry revealed that watching Sting compete at this age made him feel motivated to get back in the ring, despite having no current plans to wrestle

"I won't be in the ring as of right now, even though Sting has made me feel like even at 50, I should be able to get back in the ring. If that happens [jumping off of commentary and into the ring], it's going to be a surprise to me. That will be a surprise, man. I am no spring chicken,” said Mark Henry." (H/T - Fightful)

Mark Henry recently revealed that he is nagging through some injuries he suffered years ago, but his focus as of now is on commentating on AEW Rampage.

Meanwhile, Sting is gearing up for the third match of his AEW career next week when he teams up with Darby Allin to take on 2.0 (Matt Lee and Jeff Parker).
