#1 Ruby Soho reveals her goal in AEW
Another one of AEW's latest signings, Ruby Soho, recently revealed that she wants to become the company's next women's champion.
While speaking on a recent episode of Busted Open Radio, AEW star Ruby Soho believes she hasn't displayed her true potential in the ring throughout her wrestling career. She added that she is laser-focused on capitalizing on the title opportunity that she received when she won the Casino Battle Royale:
"I want to show the world who I am and what I haven't yet to accomplish, even in the last 11 years," said Soho. "And, you know, that's going to start with capitalizing on my opportunity that I was able to gain in the Casino Battle Royale. I'm going after the AEW Women's World Championship, and I am just hitting the ground running, you know, I was able to gain this opportunity."
"I was fortunate enough to come out on top amongst incredible athletes, and I don't intend on wasting that opportunity," Soho continued. "I feel like I have something to prove to myself, I have something to prove to pro wrestling fans, and I think I'm gonna do that by becoming your next at AEW Women's World Champion."
Ruby Soho has enjoyed a remarkable start to her AEW career. Aside from her win at AEW All Out, she defeated Jamie Hayter on Dynamite and won the Trios match against Dr. Britt Baker, Hayter and Rebel this Friday on Rampage. When she finally faces Baker for the title, Soho will have plenty of momentum on her side.
