Jim Ross recently gave his opinion on the AEW-IMPACT partnership and revealed which promotion has benefitted the most from this move.

Both the promotion started collaborating in late 2020. Since then, fans have witnessed several IMPACT Wrestling stars appearing in All Elite Wrestling and vice versa. In fact, AEW star Kenny Omega is the reigning IMPACT World Champion after he defeated Rich Swann last month at Rebellion pay-per-view.

However, there are sections of fans who feel the partnership has helped IMPACT more than AEW.
In an interview with DAZN News, Jim Ross praised Don Callis and Tony Khan for making the partnership possible. He also said that IMPACT Wrestling got most of the benefits from this partnership.
"I think as it relates to Impact, that’s done through the cooperative efforts of nature of Tony Khan. Don Callis is a part of the management team at Impact and the on-camera manager of Kenny Omega. I think I’m going to sound bad saying this, I’m sure. I think this relationship has helped Impact more than it’s helped AEW," said JR
Regardless of opinion, the fans have certainly loved the partnership between these two promotions.
