Welcome to another edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's AEW News and Rumor roundup. Today we're going to take a look at news stories involving Adam Copeland, Rob Van Dam, and more.

An injured star has also been cleared for action and is ready to return to All Elite Wrestling soon. Another previously injured star, AJ Justice also revealed blockbuster plans on returning to the ring sooner rather than later. So, without any further ado let's dive into all of these stories.

#5) Adam Copeland addresses the possibility of an AEW tag team run with Christian Cage

Adam Copeland's debut in AEW had fans buzzing about the possibility of a tag team reunion between him and Christian Cage. The Rated-R Superstar, however, would instead go on to feud with his former tag team partner in Tony Khan's promotion.

Copeland spoke to TMZ Sports, stating that being able to work with friends FTR and Christian influenced his decision to join All Elite Wrestling, greatly. He further added that a team-up with Christian Cage in the future is on the table.

"One of the reasons I came to AEW, I looked at it and I got a few close friends in this industry, like the close ones, and those are three of them and they're all in one place. Oh, man, that seems very intriguing to me and then you look at the roster and it's just a murderer's row of guys that I've never been in there with, and that to me was so enticing and so exciting. To be able to come back, run it with Christian, and do what we did, and who knows where it goes from there. I feel like at some point, a CNC tag team run should be in the cards, but you never know." #4) Popular 48-year-old star confirms blockbuster return at AEW Revolution

AJ Befumo of the Costco Guys is ready to return to the ring after suffering a broken foot in his match at Full Gear against QT Marshall. He recently made an appearance in a segment with Chris Jericho on Collision.

The All Elite fanbase has been asking for more of the Boom and his equally famous sons, Big Justice and The Rizzler. It seems they will get their wish soon as Big Justice revealed over on Cultaholic that Befumo is no longer wearing a walking boot and his foot has recovered quickly.

He would then reveal that his father plans on wrestling again in March at AEW Revolution. AJ would follow up more on these plans, revealing that he's talking to the All Elite team about returning to the ring in March and potentially making an appearance before that.

"We're looking at, you know, talking to the AEW team it looks like I'll be at Revolution in March. So that's what we're gunning for right now. Maybe an appearance before that but that's what we're looking at right now," AJ Befumo said.

#3) Hologram is cleared and free to return to AEW soon

Hologram hasn't been able to make a huge splash in All Elite Wrestling yet, after sustaining an ankle injury at WrestleDream in October. The Masked star made his debut in Tony Khan's promotion in July 2023 and impressed everyone with his outstanding acrobatic abilities.

Hologram last wrestled against The Beast Mortos in a two-out-of-three falls match, where he managed to defeat his opponent. A report from the Wrestling Observer has now confirmed that he's cleared and free to return to AEW TV after healing from his injury and welcoming his newborn child with his wife.

#2) RVD revealed if he will return to AEW

RVD has been competing in the ring even at the age of 54 and has hit the mat for AEW several times. He wrestled his last match for Tony Khan's promotion on an episode of Rampage on April 20.

Speaking on his 1 of a Kind podcast, the ECW Legend questioned if competing for All Elite Wrestling was the right call. However, he would add that money is enough to change his mind hinting that Tony Khan needs to make the right offer to bring RVD over.

"Can I still wrestle in AEW? As far as I know. There’s no reason that I know of that I can’t. If there is a reason, then I don’t know about it. I don’t know that it would be best move for me right now, but at the same time, money talks, and it’s a great motivator when it comes to going to work," Rob Van Dam said. [H/T: Fightful]
