The 34-year-old star would emerge during the match between Mansoor and Atlantis Jr. to the delight of fans. The Very Nice Very Evil star had been absent from the company for a while, with rumors emerging of him allegedly refusing to work dates with the promotion.
A recent report from Fightful Select has revealed that AEW had reached out to Danhausen a day before the show and told him about the plans involving his return. It was also noted that the company was surprised after Danhausen started to work independent bookings before allegedly refusing to work with the Tony Khan-led promotion.
#4. MJF recently lashed out at a WWE Hall of Famer
MJF is known for being one of the most outspoken and brash stars in the professional wrestling industry. WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley recently sent the star a video, and the latter chose to respond to it in his classic fashion.
Mick Foley is one of the most respected veterans in the sport of professional wrestling and is known to be quite active and interactive with the younger stock of talent. Foley recently chose to send the former AEW Champion a special message dressed as Santa Claus in the spirit of Christmas.
However, Maxwell is known for always being in character and he responded to Saint Mick insultingly over on social media. The 28-year-old star would mock the WWE legend by calling him a "fat b**tard" as well and asking who gave Foley his number.
''Who gave this fat b**tard my number?!?!?"

#3. The Avengers star praises Samoa Joe's performance on Twisted Metal
Samoa Joe has been absent from All Elite Wrestling to go film the second season of Peacock's Twisted Metal series. The Samoan Submission Machine plays the iconic psychotic clown Sweet Tooth acting out his mannerisms on-screen while the character is voiced by Will Arnett.
Popular Marvel's Avengers actor, Anthony Mackie also shares the screen with Samoa Joe on the series as the character John Doe. Mackie has recently praised the former AEW World Champion's performance on the show.
Speaking in an interview on Variety's Actors on Actors, the new Captain America heaped praise on his co-star and spoke about his experience working with Samoa Joe on the set of Twisted Metal. He would also speak on how well he and Arnett portrayed the character of Sweet Tooth.
"It's a testament to Samoa Joe, like I was blown away by this dude from the first moment he stepped on set. I mean, first of all, he's a larger-than-life human being, but he was doing everything with that mask on. He was acting his a** off. It was amazing 'cause he and Will (Arnett) worked out this idea of what the character was gonna be, and he was doing just like some circus-type performance, 'cause him, it was all just bodywork.
#2. Taz's huge return kicked off AEW Dynamite on 34th Street
ECW Icon Taz recently made his return to AEW on Dynamite on 34th Street after being absent for a total of 84 days. He would also choose to make his return in the iconic Hammerstein Ballroom, which is home to one of the most iconic shows in wrestling history.
Taz had been written off of AEW TV after having trouble dealing with his knee and subsequent surgery. Tony Khan booked Christian Cage and his group The Patriarchy to attack Taz to explain his absence from programming.
The AEW color commentator would make his return back behind the commentary desk by raising his voice to kick off Dynamite. He would confirm that he is officially back and would also provide an update on his condition soon.
#1. JBL lauds Chris Jericho's run in AEW with The Learning Tree
JBL has praised Chris Jericho's recent run in AEW as the leader of The Learning Tree. Jericho is known to reinvent himself time and time again over his career and he is currently in the midst of another transformative run in Tony Khan's promotion.
However, many fans seem to have grown tired of his countless characters and have criticized the star in the past. But, JBL seems to be a huge fan of Jericho's current work in All Elite Wrestling.
He recently spoke about Jericho's The Learning Tree on the latest episode of Something to Wrestle with Bruce Prichard. The WWE Hall of Famer also praised the former AEW World Champion.
"He's doing a great job, by the way," JBL said. "I love the way he reinvents himself every couple of months, six months. It's just fantastic." [H/T: Wrestling Inc]
