Miro (C) vs Fuego del Sol on Rampage for the AEW TNT Championship

Not only was the AEW TNT Championship on the line, but Fuego Del Sol also had the chance to win a contract if he won this match. But against Miro it was easier said than done.

Fuego charged at Miro while he had his back turned, hitting the Tornado DDT. He followed it up with a second one from the top rope but Miro rolled out of the ring so Fuego couldn't make the cover on AEW Rampage.

When Miro climbed back into the ring, Fuego hit a third Tornado DDT, getting himself a nearfall. Fuego headed back to the top rope but Miro caught him in midair and planted him with a Samoan Drop. Miro looked enraged as he slapped himself in the head while Fuego made his way back to his feet.

Miro caught Fuego with a nasty kick to the head when he turned around. The TNT Champion then locked in Game Over, forcing Fuego del Sol to tap out almost immediately. A valiant effort by Fuego del Sol on AEW Rampage but Miro was just too much.

Result: Miro def. Fuego Del Sol

Grade: B+

Fuego Del Sol is All Elite

Sammy Guevara came out after the match and Tony Khan was with him initially. Sammy said that there was victory in defeat sometimes and the fans loved him, as well as a lot of the boys in the back. He then announced that since Fuego was his best friend, Tony Khan gave him the honour of announcing that he was finally All Elite.
