Matt Hardy loses his cool and attacks a fan on AEW Rampage

Next on AEW Rampage, Tony Schiavone entered the ring with a mic to get a word with Matt Hardy. Hardy was not in a good mood after both The Butcher, The Blade and The Bunny lost on Rampage. Hardy announced an eight-man tag match for next week as well as a bout between Penelope Ford and Anna Jay.

Matt Hardy then went after a fan dressed like Orange Cassidy in the front row. He accused the fan of staring at him all night and making him feel uncomfortable.

Hardy went down to ringside and pulled the fan into the ringside area and then into the ring itself where he and Jack Evans started to beat down the guy.

Jack Evans then took out a pair of scissors and ended up chopping off the fan's ponytail. The humiliation finally ended after Orange Cassidy's music hit and he hit the ring, chasing away Matt Hardy and Jack Evans.

It's clear that AEW are building towards a Hair vs Hair match between Orange Cassidy and Matt Hardy in the near future.
