Christian Cage was backstage on AEW Rampage with Jurassic Express. He warned The Young Bucks that Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus would win the tag team eliminator tournament and then beat them inside the steel cage, regardless of how many of their childhood chums the EVPs hired to help them out. Cage then addressed Omega and told him that he had his number.

Jungle Boy and Isiah Kassidy started things off, with the former getting the better of his opponent early on. Quen quickly tagged in and Jungle Boy went for the tag, but made it when the referees back was turned thanks to a distraction from Isiah. Quen cut Jungle Boy off and Private Party had him backed up in their corner during the ad break.

Back on AEW Rampage, Jungle Boy fought back and wiped Isiah Kassidy out with a clothesline and finally tagged Luchasaurus in. The giant was all over both members of Private Party, tossing them across the ring before hitting a double clothesline.
