AEW star Jade Cargill dominated the match during the picture-in-picture ad-break. She charged at Anna Jay in the corner but was sidestepped and Cargill crashed into the corner turnbuckle. Jay then caught the champion in the face with a spinning kick before locking in a chokehold.
It was all Anna Jay at this point of the match as she hit Jade Cargill with repeated kicks. Mark Sterling got on the apron for the distraction but John Silver hit him with a brainbuster on the floor.

Cargill used the distraction to hit Jay with a pump kick. She went for the Jaded but Jay countered it into the Queenslayer.
Jade Cargill broke free but Anna Jay sent her head first into the opposite turnbuckle. She showed incredible power at this point to break free and plant Jay in the middle of the ring. Cargill found the opening she needed and hit Anna Jay with the Jaded and that was enough to put the Dark Order member away.
