#4 AEW Double or Nothing: The Young Bucks (c) vs Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston
The Young Bucks defended their AEW tag titles against Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston at Double or Nothing 2021. Everything was on the line as the champions were in for the fight of their lives. Every wrestler in the match gave everything they had so as to impress.
Moxley and Kingston were seemingly indefatigable, as they kept going through everything that Nick and Matt Jackson could throw at them. Every time it appeared that they had enough, they came away with their own offense. While Kingston and Moxley worked on keeping the Bucks separate when the time came, it was their combined offense that put Moxley away.
They hit Moxley with four consecutive BTE Triggers which left him unable to kick out. The Young Bucks won and continued their title reign.
#3 AEW Revolution: Darby Allin and Sting vs Team Taz
Team Taz faced Darby Allin and Sting in a Tag Team Street Fight at AEW Revolution. It was not a tag team match in the common sense of the term. The match was also filmed cinematically and the wrestlers made the best of it.
In the first-ever match for Sting in AEW, the focus was on the WCW legend as he held nothing back. Darby Allin took some crazy bumps in the match as well, taking German Suplexes on the concrete floor.
They wrestled all over the area, with Allin taking Brian Cage through a wooden stage with a dive from two floors up. Starks and Sting battled in the end, and Sting hit the Sunset Flip and then the Scorpion Death Drop, getting the win for his team.
