Bobby Lashley is rumored to join AEW soon. But it is being said that he's not heading to Tony Khan's roster alone.

The All Mighty and MVP departed from WWE this year in August, while Shelton Benjamin was released from the Stamford-based promotion last year in September.

These three former Hurt Business members are rumored to join forces again in All Elite Wrestling soon. However, Cedric Alexander won't join them in the Jacksonville-based promotion because he has re-signed with WWE.

Many credible reports have confirmed that Bobby Lashley, MVP, and Benjamin's arrival in AEW is imminent. As mentioned, they are to form a new faction with the name "The Hurt Syndicate". Upon their arrival in Tony Khan's company, the trio could go for the AEW World Trios Championship.

Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, and PAC are the reigning AEW World Trios Champions. But fans saw the Blackpool Combat Club getting dissolved on Saturday at All Out after Castagnoli and PAC joined forces with Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir to attack Bryan Danielson.

This could mean that the reigning champs might soon be stripped of the Trios Title as all three are no longer in the same group. This would give Bobby Lashley, MVP, and Benjamin a big chance to acquire the trios gold if they join AEW.

Bobby Lashley's former teammate comments on in-ring retirement

MVP (Montel Vontavious Porter) was an active in-ring competitor during the 2000s. But lately, he has shifted to more of a managerial role in the pro wrestling business. Speaking during a virtual signing with K&S Wrestle Fest, he addressed his future as an in-ring competitor.

He stated that he's not done with in-ring competition yet and still wants to return to the ring in the future. But he added that once he's done with it, he'll hang up his wrestling boots for good and never return. For now, he still wants to get back in the ring.
