AEW star Ruby Soho shot to fame on the independent circuit before signing with WWE in 2016. She competed under the ring name Ruby Riott and formed her own faction known as The Riott Squad.

Ruby performed in some great matches for WWE during her time with the company. Unfortunately, mediocre bookings held her back and did not let her get over or win a title with the company.

Ruby made her AEW debut at All Out 2021 after She was released by WWE in June of the same year . She entered the Casino Battle Royale and won the match to get a shot at the AEW Women’s Championship.
