Former WWE Champion debuts - 4 stars who can join Rated FTR in AEW feud against The Death Riders

The Death Riders had been wreaking havoc in AEW ever since they banded together under Jon Moxley. Moxley has been leading his pack of wolves to aid him in his vision of destroying the promotion, but now faces a huge threat in the form of Rated-FTR.

Following the conclusion of the Worlds End 2024 pay-per-view, Adam Copeland returned alongside FTR to attack Moxley and his faction. However, the group could easily be overwhelmed by the Death Riders' numbers and might need some more help if they want to take their rivals down.

We're here to take a look at the stars who can aid Rated-R in their AEW feud against The Death Riders.

#4) Darby Allin can take his revenge against The Death Riders in AEW

The Death Riders have struck against a lot of AEW stars in their path of destruction in Tony Khan's promotion. One of the most recent stars to face their wrath was Darby Allin.

The former TNT Champion got attacked by Jon Moxley and his group on an episode of Rampage as they looked to send another scathing message for getting in their way. The Daredevil won't let this assault just go by and will be looking for revenge against the faction.

One can think that he won't hesitate to join hands with Adam Copeland and FTR to balance the scales in a united mission to beat down Jon Moxley and his Death Riders.

#3) Orange Cassidy

Jon Moxley defended his AEW World Championship against three opponents at the Worlds End 2024 pay-per-view in a fatal-four-way match. One of these opponents was Orange Cassidy, who looked poised to take the World Title off of Moxley.

However, even after dishing quite a lot of punishment out on Moxley in the match, the Purveyor of Violence would ultimately be the victor. This win fell in place due to The Death Riders interfering and helping Moxley pin Switchblade, Jay White.

We're sure that none of his opponents are happy about this outcome but the one most likely to join sides with Adam Copeland and FTR would be Orange Cassidy. The Freshly Squeezed star could help Copeland be the one to take the World Title off of Moxley by fending off The Death Riders the next time they try and interfere.

#2) Beth Pheonix

Fans were delighted to see Beth Pheonix return to action alongside her real-life partner Adam Copeland in WWE in 2023. However, the Rated-R Superstar could need her assistance once again to fend off one particular member of The Death Riders, Marina Shafir.

Shafir has been closely following Moxley to exact their vengeance on the AEW locker room and has become a huge thorn in everyone's side. She received a small taste of her own medicine in the main event match at Worlds End 2024 after being taken out by Jay White as she tried to interfere.

However, if Rated-FTR wants to neutralize Marina Shafir for good they need a strong female star alongside them. Now who would be better to trust for Rated-FTR than Copeland's wife, the Glamazon herself? She recently even went on to voice her support for the team as they took on Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta in Asheville, North Carolina at AEW Fight For the Fallen.

#1) Daniel Garcia

Daniel Garcia hasn't been a fan of Jon Moxley's work as the AEW World Champion in All Elite Wrestling. The 26-year-old star recently chose to cuss the Purveyor of Violence out in a backstage promo segment on Dynamite.

So, we know for sure there's no love lost between the two stars and Garcia certainly has a bone to pick with Moxley. Perhaps, this could all come from Jon Moxley and The Death Riders taking out Bryan Danielson for good and sending him into retirement.

Since Garcia seemed to have a lot of respect for Danielson after sharing the ring with him multiple times, we'd have to think that he would want to avenge The American Dragon's loss. Perhaps, uniting with Rated-FTR would soon make sense to him if he wants to take the fight to the Death Riders.
