#4 Eddie Kingston turns heel at AEW Full Gear 2021

For the first time since his AEW debut, CM Punk finally has a heavyweight feud. Eddie Kingston and Punk followed up a backstage confrontation with one of the best promo segments in recent memory. Kingston, in particular, established himself as the underdog, referencing his history with Punk.

Meanwhile, The Straight Edge Superstar was disappointed at Kingston for not living up to his potential. The two babyfaces built up a heated match without a heavy-handed angle. That's why AEW would be doing this storyline a disservice by turning Eddie Kingston heel at Full Gear 2021.

#3 Miro suffers another defeat

Following a questionable start in All Elite Wrestling, Miro found his footing as an unstoppable force as the TNT Champion. He also had a dominant run as United States Champion in WWE but was never able to integrate his personality into his character and wasn't much more than a brute at the time.

Miro's creative juices have now started to flow, and his outlandish promos are very entertaining. After showing much potential, another high-profile defeat after his recent loss to Sammy Guevara could set him back.

Miro would also be the ideal first opponent for Hangman Page, should the 30-year-old win the AEW World Championship.
