After a four-month hiatus, Hangman Page returned to AEW programming a few weeks ago on Dynamite. The Anxious Millennial Cowboy immediately entered the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, hoping to earn himself a title shot against Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Championship at All In.
Page scored back-to-back victories over Jay White and Jeff Jarrett, ultimately making it to the Tournament Finals. Hangman Page did not hold back from using unfair means throughout the competition, as he was desperate to get his hands on Strickland.
Despite his best efforts, he eventually lost to Bryan Danielson in the finals, missing out on a massive World Championship opportunity. Hangman Page also joined forces with The New Elite against Team AEW inside Blood & Guts.

Unfortunately, Hangman's issues with Kazuchika Okada resulted in a massive defeat for the tyrant group. The Cowboy's fate did not change on the latest episode of Dynamite, either, as Darby Allin outsmarted the 33-year-old to escape with a quick victory.
After a string of disappointing losses, Hangman Page would be extremely frustrated. With only a few weeks left for All In, The Hanger would be eager to find his spot on the match card for the Wembley pay-per-view.
In this article, let's look at four possible directions for Hangman Adam Page ahead of All In 2024.
#4. Hangman Page forces his way into the AEW World Championship match at All In
Bryan Danielson vs. Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Championship is scheduled to be the main event of All In. However, Hangman Adam Page may not have given up on his title aspirations just yet.
The Anxious Millennial Cowboy could go rogue in the upcoming weeks, demanding the All Elite Wrestling management to make the AEW World Championship match at All In a Triple Threat match. Page could call out Bryan Danielson, who only defeated him in the Owen Hart Cup Finals via a surprise roll-up.
The former AEW World Champion could take shots at Danielson's legitimacy, calling his victory in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament a fluke. The heated exchange could lead to a match between Page and Danielson, where a win would ensure The Cowboy a spot in the All In main event.
After a hard-fought battle, Hangman Page could ultimately resort to unfair means to defeat The American Dragon, forcing his entry into the AEW World Championship match. The former AEW World Champion's entry would add an interesting dynamic to the All In main event, which currently looks like a babyface vs. babyface match.
#3. Hangman Page sets his sights on Jeff Jarrett
Jeff Jarrett has been a thorn in Hangman Page's side ever since he returned to AEW television. The two superstars first squared off in the Quarterfinals of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, where the latter emerged victorious.
When Hangman Page took on Bryan Danielson in the Tournament Finals, Jeff Jarrett served as the Special Enforcer. During one point in the match, the Hanger tried to assault his opponent with a belt behind the referee's back, with Bryan lying unconscious outside the ring.
Determined to protect the integrity of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, Jeff Jarrett revealed himself as the new referee, much to the dislike of The Cowboy. Jarrett's presence eventually proved detrimental to Hangman's chances, as a clever Danielson escaped with a roll-up victory.
Jeff Jarrett once again intervened in Page's matters last week when he prevented him from assaulting a handcuffed Swerve Strickland during the Blood & Guts match.
It seems like the issues between The Last Outlaw and The Cowboy are far from over. On the latest episode of Rampage, The Hanger launched a sneak attack on Double J, resulting in Jarrett's elimination from the Royal Rampage match.
Having been embroiled in a heated rivalry for weeks, All In seems like the perfect platform for Hangman Page and Jeff Jarrett to settle their differences once and for all.
#2. Hangman Adam Page faces Kazuchika Okada for the Continental Championship
Following the announcement of their Blood & Guts match against Team AEW, The Young Bucks actively tried to manipulate Hangman Page into joining them against the babyfaces. While The Cowboy initially rejected The Bucks' offer, his issues with Swerve Strickland compelled him to align himself with the tyrant group.
Interestingly, Kazuchika Okada was opposed to Hangman joining The Elite for Blood & Guts from the beginning. The two individuals did not get along inside the double-caged structure, which led to a shocking loss for The Elite against the babyfaces.
Following months of uninterrupted dominance, The Elite would be agitated after suffering their first major loss as a unit. The villainous group could unload their frustrations on the Anxious Millenial Cowboy, who is yet to find an opponent for All In.
The Elite's beatdown could set Hangman Page on a collision course with Kazuchika Okada at All In. While The Rainmaker has faced some great opponents since his debut, the match against Hangman would be his toughest challenge yet. Hangman vs. Okada could be a show-stealing match on the All In card, which would massively elevate the prestige of the AEW Continental Championship.
#1. Hangman Page quits All Elite Wrestling
Following his victory against Jay White in the Owen Hart Cup Semifinals, Hangman Adam Page has suffered a string of disappointing losses. Despite embracing his ruthless side of late, he has failed to stage a turnaround in his career.
It has been two years since Hangman Page last held the AEW World Championship. Since then, he has been on a downward spiral, with Swerve Strickland even replacing him on the top of the card. The former AEW World Champion would have hoped for things to change after his comeback, but that has sadly not transpired.
Frustrated with his recent shortcomings, Hangman Page could shock the wrestling world by quitting All Elite Wrestling. The 33-year-old could blame the fans for a lack of support before announcing his decision to part ways with the Jacksonville-based promotion.
He could bide his time on the sidelines till All In, where he could launch an attack on his next victim. The short absence from television will certainly build intrigue around Hangman's character, which has suffered from a lack of wins recently.
