4. John Morrison vs MJF

MJF is one of AEW's top heels and reminds some of John Morrison's long-time partner, the Miz. The young wrestler is one of the self proclaimed "four pillars of AEW" and undeniably its future.

John Morrison could have a great angle with MJF as he picks apart all the bad things, forcing him to face it. Morrison could end up having to deal with and overcome all the criticism he's faced in wrestling to date.

In the ring, however, John Morrison is far better than MJF. His speed and agility is something that would give MJF a run for his money. This could be an opportune moment for the Salt of the Earth to get some experience against a style he isn't familiar with.

A team up between the two is also likely. Because of the similarities between MJF and the Miz, Morrison might end up taking a liking him. We might not get any "Miz TV" moments, but the promos would be great. MJF is not a good team player, and this could end up bad for him. Morrison could decide he's had enough of the young wrestler and eventually turn on him.

John Morrison and MJF would be an unlikely pairing, but looking closer at their styles they could do well together or facing one another.

3.John Morrison teaming up with the Wing Men

The Wingmen are a comedy-type stable in AEW, made up of four wrestlers with massive egos. One of the members, Ryan Nemeth, is the legit brother of John Morrison's long-time friend, Dolph Ziggler. Because of this, Morrison could end up teaming up with them in order to work closely with someone he knows.

The Wingmen haven't picked up many wins, even with the intimidating Cesar Bononi on their side. Someone as capable as Morrison could help the group seem more legit, while taking part in their antics. They could have him at ring side supporting and interfering, or wrestling beside them.

Alternatively, Morrison could steal Nemeth from the group and groom him to become a better wrestler. This way we could see Nemeth shine with John Morrison in his corner.

John Morrison is not shy at all and could find his way to a comical group like the Wingmen. The promos could be hilarious as he helps them style their hair and pick out better jackets.
