Kenny Omega has a special relationship with factions. During his time in New Japan Pro Wrestling, he was the leader of the highly influential, Bullet Club. With him at the helm, this group reached new heights and became a force to be reckoned with. Furthermore, he led The Elite in AEW, however, earlier this year, he was kicked out of the stable.

The way Omega lost his place in The Elite was brutal and humiliating. Getting betrayed by his best friends must have hurt him immensely. Furthermore, his fierce NJPW rival Kazuchika Okada is now a member of the group. When the 40-year-old returns, he must return with a vengeance and a new faction, that can go head-to-head with his former group. This new stable could consist of him, Kota Ibushi, and Hiroshi Tanahashi.

People who have followed The Best Bout Machine's career are aware of the relationship he shares with Kota Ibushi. The duo are inseparable. They have not only participated in tag team action but have also faced each other multiple times. The two are known as Golden Lovers and were recently spotted training together.

Furthermore, there is mutual respect between Omega and his longtime rival Hiroshi Tanahashi. They will soon reunite for what looks like a sit-down interview. Tony Khan should certainly capitalize on the relationship the three wrestlers share and from a new faction to neutralize The Elite's power.

According to Kenny Omega's friend Michael Nakazawa, his recovery process has been slow

A few months ago, Kenny Omega underwent surgery for diverticulitis. According to his good friend and AEW star Michael Nakazawa, the former AEW World Champion is having trouble lifting heavy weights. However, he has been doing the best he can with the strength he possesses.

"He is still not able to lift the same weights as before, so he is trying to find the best training that he can do while incorporating rehabilitative elements such as walking and exercising in the pool, and he is working hard toward recovery. He is trying to find the best training he can do at the moment," he said. [H/T: Wrestling Inc]

Hopefully, Tony Khan will give an update regarding Kenny Omega's return soon.
