Malakai Black signed with All Elite Wrestling in 2021. He is the leader of the faction, House of Black. Apart from him, the group consists of Brody King, Buddy Matthews, and Julia Hart.

Malakai Black is heavily rumored to leave AEW. Furthermore, there is a possibility that The Anti-Hero has already left. In his four years in the promotion, the only title he won was the AEW World Trios Championship, with King and Matthews. It is widely believed that Tony Khan failed to utilize the 39-year-old properly.

He had an underwhelming singles run and failed to gain any substantial momentum because of the way he was booked. Interestingly, the AEW CEO has a chance to turn Black's exit from the company into a captivating storyline. Tony Khan can use Malakai Black's exit from AEW to put Buddy Matthews over.

The two House of Black members could have a last feud in which neither man would be a face or heel. This storyline could do wonders for the company and Matthews, as it would involve him defeating the Dutch native for the first time. After this showdown, Matthews can have a singles run. However, only time will tell what the future holds for the two.

WWE star Zelina Vega is a member of the Latino World Order faction. Interestingly, on an appearance on the Busted Open Radio last year, she revealed that her husband, Malakai Black played a huge role in improving her abilities inside the squared circle.
