Mercedes Mone has established herself as a dominant force in the women's division after becoming a double champion at AEW Forbidden Door. Additionally, she got herself a powerhouse of a bodyguard to protect herself.
Kamille aligned herself with Mone after attacking Britt Baker on the July 24th episode of Dynamite. However, it didn't take long for this alliance to turn sour. The CEO was visibly frustrated at the Brickhouse when the latter failed to hit Kris Statlander in the parking lot.
To make matters worse, Kamille wasn't able to defeat Statlander on the October 30th episode of Dynamite which only made Mercedes more angry. Hence, at Full Gear, The CEO asked Kamille to stay back in catering during her match. The following week on Dynamite, the former WWE star was about to fire the Brickhouse when she quit instead.
However, things went from bad to worse for The CEO as she now has to defend her TBS Championship against Anna Jay next week on Dynamite. Mercedes would be wise to look over her shoulder during the match. It wouldn't be too far-fetched to imagine that the Brickhouse could show up and cost Mercedes a title as revenge for the way she was treated.

The Brickhouse put her body on the line for The CEO and was often met with disrespect which could be the reason why she might decide to take the one thing Mone cares about the most - her title.
Eric Bischoff criticized Mercedes Mone's AEW run
Mercedes Mone has been well protected in terms of her booking in AEW. She quickly became the TBS Champion and then a double champion and remains undefeated. Despite this, Mercedes' run in AEW has always been criticized for losing momentum pretty quickly.
Speaking on his 83 Weeks podcast, Eric Bischoff termed Mercedes Mone's run in AEW an "unmitigated disaster" because Tony doesn't know how to produce her and efficiently utilize her strengths:
"Mercedes Mone is not old, she's relatively young, she was a massive star in WWE, massive, and she came to AEW and it's been an unmitigated disaster because of her creative and because Tony doesn't know how to produce her. In WWE she was protected because people understood what her strengths were, but more importantly, understood what her weaknesses were and they produced her accordingly."
It will be interesting to see if Mercedes Mone will be able to successfully defend her title against Anna Jay next week on Dynamite.
