In a surprising turn of events, former WWE Champion made a triumphant return to AEW on the latest episode of Dynamite, teaming with Hook. The star in question is none other than RVD.
On this week's Dynamite, fans were treated to an intense tag team showdown featuring Hook and RVD facing John Silver and Alex Reynolds of The Dark Order.
The match was filled with thrilling exchanges which had fans on the edge of their seats. It all came down to a nail-biting climax when Hook executed a Northern Lights suplex and then tagged in the legendary RVD.
As the match went back and forth, both teams exchanged blows. However, in the climax of the match, RVD took out Reynolds with a springboard kick and sealed the deal with his iconic Five-Star Frog Splash.

Meanwhile, Hook was not to be outdone, as he applied his deadly submission hold, Redrum, on John Silver, forcing him to tap out and securing a submission victory for his team.
With RVD's return, AEW continues to solidify its reputation. It will be interesting to see when he makes his next appearance in Tony Khan's promotion.
