A former WWE Superstar made his return to AEW earlier tonight on Collision. Unfortunately, this resulted in yet another loss for him, with his last singles win coming more than two years ago. This would be Johnny TV (fka John Morrison).

A few days ago, the promotion held a collaboration event with Adult Swim during San Diego Comic-Con. During the event, Johnny was alongside his wife, Taya Valkyrie (known as Franky Monet in WWE), as they faced off against Orange Cassidy and Willow Nightingale in what was a match for the Adult Swim Booty Title. In the end, the latter duo took the win.

Last night at ROH Death Before Dishonor, the former WWE Intercontinental Champion was in action. He was also part of the Survival of The Fittest Final Six-Way Elimination match for the ROH World TV Championship.

Tonight, it was an interesting matchup as he faced off against Orange Cassidy. At some point, it seemed that Johnny TV perfectly set up his opponent for his finisher, but he would counter this. Ultimately, Cassidy would score the win after hitting his Orange Punch.

This now gives him another heartbreaking loss, with his last singles win being on May 27, 2022, on an episode of Dark.

Post-match, the couple blindsided Cassidy and beat him down, which prompted Willow Nightingale to save her tag team partner from a few days ago.
