A 36-year-old star confirmed she is not signed up with AEW. This could surprise some fans of hers given how involved she has been in the company.

Tony Khan signs a lot of wrestlers from all around the world to appear in All Elite Wrestling and one of them is Mina Shirakawa. The Japanese star was heavily involved in the feud between Mariah May and Toni Storm, so much so that even she got the chance to fight for the Women's World Championship.

However, despite appearing in AEW, Mina has revealed that she has not yet signed with the company. In an interview with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, she said that while she was excited to work with NJPW, she was signed to Stardom right now.

She also said that she does not have much time left to perform in America but reiterated her desire to work in the country in the future again. It will be interesting to see what kind of plans Tony Khan has for her in the short term.

Mina Shirakawa said AEW only signed her for a month

Mina Shirakawa has been a hit with the fans each time she has shown up for AEW to perform. From her promos to her in-ring ability, they have all been top-notch.

However, in a recent interview with Proresu Today, she revealed that Tony Khan only signed her up for a month.

"This is already a gamble. It's a gamble to make myself shine. I'm not getting any younger, so I'm always thinking about what I need to do to make my way up in the limited time I have. If I refuse the offer, there may not be another. I had a gut feeling and decided to go. However, the offer from AEW was simply that they wanted me to come for one month. That was it, nothing specific about matches I'll be in or how many. There was even a possibility that no matches would happen. We didn't know until we got there," she said.

She will be hoping that before her time is up, she can go out in a blaze of glory.
