AEW has officially announced its sixth annual Revolution pay-per-view. The big event will take place on Sunday, March 9 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. While no matches have been confirmed, word now is that a very popular star is set to return to the ring, bringing more eyes to the AEW product.
The Costco Guys are headed back to the All Elite squared circle. AJ Befumo, the social media star known as Big BOOM!, had a brief career on the indie scene years ago, but his newfound influencer fame recently led him to All Elite Wrestling. Accompanied by his equally famous son, Big Justice, the 48-year-old defeated QT Marshall on the Full Gear pre-show, with The Rizzler as guest timekeeper.
AJ finished the Full Gear match with a broken foot and then appeared with Big Justice at AEW Christmas Collision for a segment with Chris Jericho. Now the All Elite fanbase apparently wants more. Speaking to Cultaholic, Justice revealed that AJ is no longer wearing a walking boot, while AJ joked that recovery was quickened by his wife's driving. Justice then revealed that his dad plans to wrestle in March at AEW Revolution. AJ quickly followed up.
"We're looking at, you know, talking to the AEW team it looks like I'll be at Revolution in March. So that's what we're gunning for right now. Maybe an appearance before that but that's what we're looking at right now," AJ Befumo said.

AJ having a future with Tony Khan's company was confirmed almost as soon as the Full Gear match ended. Khan had major praise for The Costco Guys during the build to Full Gear, and even more after the pay-per-view, noting that he hoped to work with Befumo more down the line as he brought positivity to the company.
AEW to present first PPV of 2025
All Elite Wrestling is co-presenting Wrestle Dynasty with NJPW, ROH, CMLL, and Stardom in Japan this weekend, but their first standalone pay-per-view will not be held until Saturday, February 15.
Revolution in Los Angeles will be the first domestic All Elite PPV of 2025, but the company will head to Brisbane, Australia next month for its first big pay-per-view of the year. The inaugural Grand Slam: Australia event will take place at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. No matches have been announced as of this writing.
Officials have two more 2025 PPV events booked for after Revolution. The inaugural All In: Texas show is scheduled for Saturday, July 12 at Globe Life Field in Arlington, TX, while the fourth annual Forbidden Door event will take place on Sunday, August 24 in London at a venue to be announced.
