A former multi-time Tag Team Champion made his long-awaited return on AEW Collision after more than a year. The star confronted his former tag team partner yet again after their recent meeting.

The 6ft 4in star in question is Mark Davis of United Empire. Davis, along with his Aussie Open partner Kyle Fletcher, is a former IWGP and ROH Tag Team Champion. However, Davis' tag team with Fletcher seems to have ended after the latter's recent change of attitude amid turning on his friend, Will Ospreay, at AEW WrestleDream.

Mark Davis made his appearance on Dynamite after quite some time this past Wednesday. Davis confronted Kyle Fletcher while he was with his manager, Don Callis. Davis then made his return to AEW Collision for the first time since September 2023.

Davis showed up after Kyle Fletcher defeated Komander on the Saturday show. He confronted Fletcher face-to-face in the ring before Fletcher walked away. The two had been together in the NJPW faction, United Empire, along with Will Ospreay, but it seems the two are not united anymore, even as a tag team.

Only time will tell where the story between the formerly known Aussie Open tag team is headed after their consecutive confrontations.
