A WWE legend has claimed that Triple H was the reason many top stars in the company lost or did not get their push. The veteran claimed that it was because The Game was “jealous” of other wrestlers.

The name in question is none other than Rob Van Dam. The WWE Hall of Famer does not mince his words, and he seemingly did not hold back when asked about Triple H and his influence in the company.

Since Triple H took control as the Chief Content Officer, he has received positive reactions from fans and wrestling veterans. However, RVD stated that The Game was responsible for stopping a lot of stars from being pushed or elevated to the next level, as he was jealous.

Speaking on his 1 of a Kind podcast, RVD said:

Former WWE writer buries Judgment Day HERE

"Hunter was in a position where he's both office and at the same time he's talent. So that's a hard position to be in as far as the others as if you have an unfair advantage of pushing yourself over them of getting ahead, maybe with less talent than would be required and to put the breaks on other people's pathways ... a lot of wrestlers will say the reason that they were stopped was because of Triple H because he was either jealous or just because he's with the boss's daughter." It will be interesting to see if the WWE CCO will have anything to say about this.

Eric Young labels Triple H a “genius”

Triple H might have had critics in his early days, but one cannot fault him for leading WWE in the right way ever since he took on the creative control.

He has overseen many great shows, which is why Eric Young has labeled him a genius. While speaking with Brass Ring Media, Young noted that The Game has been great for the company.

"Hunter is a genius you know. It's the reason the WWE is as good as it is right now, it's because of him, and it starts with him and ends with him. You know, obviously, it's not one person, there's a million super talented people pulling the rope just like there is at AEW, just like there is at TNA, but the partnership right now, it's the tip of the iceberg and there's no telling where it could end up," said Young.

The facts don't lie, and the recent interest from the fans in the product is proof of that.
