A faction that had a brief run in AEW previously has just been namedropped tonight on this week's edition of WWE NXT by Jacy Jayne during a backstage segment with Lola Vice. This would be American Top Team.

The Cuban-American Superstar was being interviewed backstage before she was interrupted by Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, and Jazmyn Nyx. During the segment, Jayne told Vice that she should just leave the brand and return to American Top Team instead.

ATT is a group within the Mixed Martial Arts scene founded by Dan Lambert. Several major names within the industry are affiliated with them, including Lola. The group has also ventured into professional wrestling, with their most recent run being in AEW back in 2022.

They were with AEW for a year and even formed a partnership with several top stars, including Men of the Year, a tag team consisting of Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page.

Later on in the segment tonight on NXT, Jacy claimed that because since Lola Vice was a fighter, she should simply fight. Vice then stared right back at her, claiming that she had found the perfect opponent for a fight.

Despite falling short to Roxanne Perez at NXT Heatwave almost two weeks ago, Lola Vice has been on an impressive run in the last few months, and it remains to be seen if anyone can slow her down.
