AEW is currently without many of its top stars, with the likes of MJF, Kenny Omega, and several others on the shelf due to injury. While some are on the road to recovery, former WWE Superstar Keith Lee's status is unknown.
Keith Lee has not been in the ring since December 2023. The 39-year-old has faced numerous setbacks since signing with AEW back in February 2022, but this has been one of his longest absences yet.
The Limitless One took to X (formerly Twitter) today with a heartfelt message to his fans. While he didn't provide an update on his status, he gave his thanks to all those who have supported him and shared positivity:
"I don't spend a lot of time with social media these days. But I wanted to make sure I popped on here to give thanks to many of you... The ones who reach out privately. The ones who tweet publicly. The ones who share positive things. I see you. I thank you. I appreciate you," wrote Lee.

AEW's Keith Lee recently provided a cryptic update
Keith Lee was originally scheduled to wrestle Swerve Strickland at AEW Worlds End on December 30, 2023, but he was pulled from the match. This disappointed fans, as the two were former tag team partners intent on settling their grudge.
Lee has been absent since being pulled from the pay-per-view and was reportedly set to undergo two surgical procedures. Early this month, he provided a cryptic update on his health:
"Doing everything I can to get things handled. Unexpectedly, It turns out I got some more than decent people in my corner. They know who they are.... and I am forever appreciative. All will be well in time. They will help me get done, what needs to be done. Appreciate the Love," Lee wrote.
Swerve Strickland has lamented that something seems to happen every time he and Lee prepare to finish their story. Unfortunately, the end of their saga doesn't seem to be on the horizon just yet.
